Initially, after signing in with my Google account, it just says "Oops an error occurred". If I close and reopen the app, it hangs on the splash screen. Edit: seems to be fixed in just a few hours. Quick response time. Now please develop a web interface. I don't want to be forced onto my phone to manage financial stuff.

I sincerely wish the Carnival Corporation would go back to the previous method for requesting Shareholder Benefits. First of all, this App appears to only work on my phone, not my desktop, tying up valuable memory. Next, for obvious reasons, I should not need to give a third party access to my investment broker. My advice is to upload photos or the pertinent documents, with the account numbers partially obscured. This new process took way too long to accomplish with too much security risk.

I have downloaded and installed this app on two different android Motorola g power cell phones and two different Samsung Galaxy tab A7 tablets. However, when I try to upload my brokerage statement by using the link for Cunard, I reach the point where I have the option to add a file or upload (but the "upload icon is not accessible). When using the Add a File icon I browse to the point where I can select the file (my brokerage statement) and select it and then nothing happens. It's a dead end.
