About this app

The Inventory Register was designed to track warehouse and store inventory from your phone. It doesn't require a server, membership, or internet connection; all records are stored on your phone.

**WAREHOUSE COUNTING — TEAMWORK, SIMULTANEOUSLY**
• Define warehouse shelves by location, divide the count into blocks, and distribute them to personnel. • Ahmet counts shelves 1-24, Mehmet counts shelves 25-48; who counted which shelf is displayed live on the screen. • Other phones participate in the count by scanning QR codes. They only need to be on the same Wi-Fi network; no internet is required. • If the connection is lost, the scanned data is not lost; it is transferred when the connection is restored. • Mark empty shelves as "empty" with a single touch; always know which shelves haven't been counted.

**BARCODE SCANNING**
• Scan the product barcode with the camera and enter the quantity. • Multiple barcodes can be linked to a single product: single barcode and carton barcode, along with the carton multiplier. • Manual search and entry for products without barcodes. • Shelf labels are generated by the application: Print as A4 sheets or 58 mm thermal rolls, and stick to the shelf.

INCOMING AND OUTCOMING WITH DELIVERY NOTES
• Issue receipts for incoming and outgoing goods; stock increases or decreases instantly. • Receipt numbers are generated automatically and sequentially, with no gaps between them. • You can keep track of company, description, unit price, and total amount.
• Export receipts as PDFs; ready for printing and signing. • Cancel incorrect receipts. Records are not deleted; they are corrected with reverse entries; the history always remains traceable.

STOCK AND REPORTS
• Multiple warehouses; the stock of each warehouse is displayed separately. • Set critical levels; low-stock products will appear in red on the list. • Categorize products and filter the list by category.
• Add product photos.
• Export inventory reports as Excel (.xlsx) or PDF; send via WhatsApp, email, or Drive. • Once the counting is complete, the previous quantity, the counted quantity, and the difference are all in a single list: missing, excess, and the match.
