StoopOS is the app for your homeowners association or amenity club. Your community invites you, and everything you need is a tap or two away.

BOOK AND PLAY
• Reserve tennis and pickleball courts, the pool, or the clubhouse
• Join a waitlist when a time is full; you’ll get a notification if a spot opens
• Check in with your phone at the gate
• Request the clubhouse for a party and track the board’s approval

PASSES AND GUESTS
• Your membership or pool pass on your phone
• Send guest passes to friends and family

STAY IN THE LOOP
• Announcements and alerts from your board, including closures for lightning or weather
• Community events with RSVPs, and a calendar you can add to your phone’s calendar
• Board meetings with agendas, documents and approved minutes
• Polls, documents and rules in one place

NEIGHBORS
• An opt-in neighbor directory: you choose what to share
• Neighbor services such as babysitting, pet sitting and tutoring, posted by adults
• Sign up to volunteer for community events

GET THINGS FIXED
• Report an issue with a photo, then follow its progress

FOR STAFF
• Lifeguards and front-desk staff scan passes, count walk-ins, work offline when the signal drops, and close an amenity with one tap

StoopOS is invite-only: your association or club sets up your community and invites residents. Board members and managers run the community from stoopos.com.
