Ratings and reviews

When it works, it's very simple and quick to refill and check statuses of prescriptions, but it glitches/freezes/is unusable at least 70% of the time. It's very frustrating. Update: I can no longer view all of my prescriptions, and I can only refill if I have the rx number. With every update, it's as if they are actively trying to make this app worse.

I spend thousands of dollars with Stop & Shop pharmacy each year. This app has frustrated me to the point I have transferred all my prescritions elsewhere! The app constantly locks up has frozen my phone and the support site does nothing. They say they're working on it and provide nothing. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Good riddance!

for some reason it doesn't work as smoothly as it use to. Never can log on always have trouble. what a pain and when you call the app support # they tell you to call the pharmacy. come on get it fixed or find something else so we can use it again......
