Ratings and reviews

When it works, it's very simple and quick to refill and check statuses of prescriptions, but it glitches/freezes/is unusable at least 70% of the time. It's very frustrating. Update: I can no longer view all of my prescriptions, and I can only refill if I have the rx number. With every update, it's as if they are actively trying to make this app worse.

I spend thousands of dollars with Stop & Shop pharmacy each year. This app has frustrated me to the point I have transferred all my prescritions elsewhere! The app constantly locks up has frozen my phone and the support site does nothing. They say they're working on it and provide nothing. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Good riddance!

when signed in, app needs work pin prompt doesn't focus on pin entry, forces you to tap screen to get keyboard. it doesn't describe medication use, nor allow you to copy text to search. it groups history by prescription number, not medication, so you're forced to scroll through history of common prescriptions, looking for individual unique prescription, plus it makes it impossible to quickly look to see when a medication was first filled, since you have to scroll through years to find it.
