WTH? This could easily be a 5 star game. The biggest issue I have with it. Is not being able to keep my current level in game when switching devices. What's the point of connecting my Facebook account to the game account if it won't allow me save me last level played? I've spent a lot of money in this game and now I have nothing to show for it. Just because I had to change devices. This really sucks! Please fix this ASAP!

This game would be my favorite game if only it saved all my progress. I get so far into the game but the next time i load the game and I'm back at level one and have start over this happens every other day and I start all over and get so far only to wake up the next day and see that my game is gone and I have to start all over again I have tried to do everything I can to find my game. Because of all this I can never get past level nine itsc a good game but I just want to be able to start where I left off fort once so I can continued to expand my city and earn more buildings and make it a great city. I should honestly be to level 20 or 25 by now.. That's 15 levels that's probably a lot of stuff being earned and a whole lot new things I hope someone can do something about it

Good game but.... My storage is so full of finished businesses. Can't sell them or delete them. Should make it so if we need to clean our tool storage out some, we can separate how many we want to get rid of. I've had to throw away every saw i had, just to make room, but only needed to get rid of 2. Maybe make it so we can sell tools in market too. Also make it so we can sell businesses thats in our storage. I took a star away from your rating cause of these.

Needs alot of software updates. Very temperamental game, can sometimes just shut itself down and not save any progress, and you don't always get required tools after completing tasks. Great strategy game but would love it even more if it was better looked after on gaming Co. Side

The stars are getting less The more I play this game the more frustrated I get. Items to expand are getting less. When you have completed your businesses you don't get the tools you require, you get the same things over and over again. I don't think any body at storm reads these comments otherwise they would do something about it. I have so many businesses in storage and no where to put them as you need to keep adding businesses to be able to expand, and I can't build more houses. Very annoying

Bug - stops my music player whenever i play Recently, i can no longer listen to my music player while playing. It just stops my player whenever i start the game. Pls fix. Update: Not playing the game anymore. Game just refuses to give me crates to increase storage, nor shovel to expand land, nor helmet to buy highrise due to lack of space. Have lots of other materials (I have a 145 storage and still not enough). Since i can't even play the game nor listen to my music, pointless to play on.

Time killer It's fun and easy to play. I love the fact that things don't take a long time to make... As of yet, I'm only level 6. One of my biggest things bout most games is how you spend hrs waiting for things to happen, you spend 5 minutes settin things up to wait hrs on hrs to play again. You spend more time out of game than you do in it. But with this game... As of right now you get to spend as much time in game as you want and I'm level 6.

I love this game, support on the other hand SUCKS Bought new device, tried logged in using Facebook and play games, both show me starting over, contacted support and it's been over 5 days without any kind of reply and no changes made. Only form of contact to the developer is through a form which apparently no one checks!!!

I find it brilliant to play and very good building and selling items. I have loved it s lot. Had to start it again when my tablet was reset due to a error on another game. It did not save the game. Still love it now It has now done it three times and it is not right . I cannot enjoy the game with doing this again and again and got up to level 24 and lost it. Something need doing as it is not far and the game does not save. Please let me know and what can been done about the problem as it has happened to a friend's game also.

Used to love Team Lava games. Now Storm8 has taken reigns and things like customer service and loyalty to those who support their paycheck a total fail. They do not listen to the players. The choices to buy items for sale are nothing but a joke. I'm missing Chesterfield castle and wrote support over 45 days ago... I spend to much money at the playstore to be treated like garbage. They don't know the first thing in keeping a customer happy. Download a different game. You'll be happier. It's been at least 6 months now. Nothing new since Halloween. It's been abandoned.

I use to LOVE this game and would have given it 5 stars but the last couple of times I have leveled up there hasn't been any new challenges, buildings, houses to build ect. My app is always up to date. Very disappointing ☹

Fun game I love this game. But it wont let me pass from building. The bridge.it doesnt give me the tool i need to expand.but it is a great time killer but please fix that little problem.i cant not pass level 17 read th comments and fix the problems.

Pretty fun. Wish some things were different. Like your inventory gets filled up with key items and then you can't fill orders. Other than that complaint, it's the longest city game I've gone playing.

Nice game But little bit boring. We get stocks but from where ? It would be nice if we can grow our own crops , flowers and trees like a farm game with farm animals also. Overall nice game

I used to love this game but there has not been any quests or events since October. Has Storm abandoned this game? With nothing new to do its getting pretty boring. So yet another "holiday" bypassed by storm. Guess it's time to uninstall. Too bad, it used to be a fun game.

It's okay, but... I have played long enough to to run out of room and can't get the parts needed to expand. I could build high-rises but they don't give you the parts you need to upgrade them, so they're a waste. I think it's time to delete it and find another game. It was fun, wish the devs would do something about it. Only good for about a month, then you're out of room and can't do anything.

Ok, but don't spend money on this game This game has so much potential to be so fun, but it just misses the mark. The drop rate on item you need to expand and level up are so off. If you need five of each item you will end up with 30 of one and none of the others which just clogs up your inventory and leaves you stuck. Also your money isn't safe with this game. It will lag and suddenly it will have made purchases for you and they won't do anything to fix it. I want to love this game, but they make it so hard to do so.

Please make it an option to store or delete highrises! It would be a really nice add on that would help a lot of people. Also, there aren't enough supplies to open more land. You should maybe raise the percentage chance a little bit.

Ridiculous drop rates for expansion parts. 17 shovels, 11 saws, and 1 camera? All parts needed are not noted. If you need an oven to make a ball, it will show you need an oven, but not wrenches or candles. Need to be able to drop stuff out of queue. Need ability to drop a certain amount of items and not all. Crystals need to be easier to earn. Still all these issues months later and now nothing to do besides a few more plots to expand to. No quests to do, no more land soon, businesses filling up space. Needs some attention people. I'm getting bored with it.

Wonderful Game... This is such a wonderful game. I seriously cannot stop playing. Other games I've been obsessed with have to wait for me to return 'cause this is just too good. Don't know what it is but Storm 8 never ceases to entertain!

When are you going to update this game? Fun game but I am getting bored with it. Boardwalk order board stinks after last update so long ago -too many try agains, before you were able to get lots of tickets - now only 2 or 3 on a good day. You'll get more stars when you fix these minor inconveniences.

Love it but starting to hate it Love this game but starting to really fall out with it. Was finding it hard to get a certain type of tool then I deleted my saws by accident and now I'm getting all the yellow tools needed for the expansion rather than the saws. All in all its good but I'm stuck not being able to do anything as there's no room to put any more shops or houses etc

I have been collecting objects to increase my inventory and now I can't. Is 235 as high as our inventory gets? If so that's not cool. This is an addictive game, I will give more stars when I can increase inventory again. Very disappointed

I downloaded the game to get bonuses for 2 other games BS/RS, I ended up enjoying it but know it's starting to piss me off! For the past 3 days this game had been glitching. I go to collect parts and they just disappear. It doesn't go to my storage or nothing it's like it was never made, but it keeps saying collect. Worst part is I use my gems that I PAY for to get the parts faster and they disappear. You all really need to fix this problem!

Addictive I like this game, it's great to kill some time. I just think it would be more fun if you could visit other players like in other storm8 games and I wish that it would be easier to get the necessary items neded for expandsion.

Fun but expensive. I don't understand the function of daily revenue. It says 180 from 10 mastered business but I only get like 6 coins maybe. When it says 180, I thought it means 180 coins.

I love playing this game... But now I've brought all the land I'm getting bored. Any chance of you updating game with more land? Plus allow us to sell tools & business in the market. I hate having to throw tools away just so I've got room in my storage. Plus you should even out the tools we win .. Cause what is the point of having 20 saws when you only have 2 or 3 spades. (At the mo I throw my land tools away cause I don't need them. But do need space )

Need to improve rewards, I'm not getting credit for each reward, I have gained. I can see I've completed the task but getting the credit each time does not happen. Just took it down one star for not keeping time correctly. I started the game, and it gave me 11 hours n 9 mins to complete it, I think it's supposed to be 12 hours exactly. So please check that out!
