About this app

StoryFox is about reading aloud from regular paper books. The child opens the book and simply starts reading. There is no need to fill in or take a picture.

Fox Book listens and understands how the reading went.

WHAT STORYFOX DOES
• counts the reading speed, words and time - without grades and red marks;
• hears expressiveness: does the child pause where there is a comma and a period;
• suggests on which page the child stopped approximately;
• sees whether the page was read in full: if the volume is very poorly chosen, this will be in the report;
• asks a few questions after reading - did the child understand what he read about;
• Book asks questions aloud and listens to the answer: you can discuss the book without typing a word;
• if the answer is not guessed, Book does not say "wrong", but helps to remember and gives a second try;
• if the child is distracted and silent for a long time, the application pauses - and continues itself as soon as it hears the reading again;
• “What happened before” - a short reminder before the next reading;
• a report to parents in Telegram or by mail: with indicators and a reading record, even if they do not have the application.

WITHOUT REGISTRATION
No account, no password, no login. The application works immediately after installation.

YOU CAN START IN A MINUTE
There are already Ukrainian folk tales inside - no need to take pictures of the pages. Want to read your own book? Add it by the cover or manually: the text of the pages is optional. Without it, everything works, except for accuracy in words - there is simply nothing to compare it with.

IN WHAT LANGUAGE TO READ
Ukrainian, English, Polish or German. The reading language is set separately from the application language: the parent can keep the interface in Polish, and the child can read in Ukrainian.

WHAT PARENTS GET
Not a score, but a picture: how many minutes and pages, how the pace changes, where it was harder to read, what the child understood. Everything is calculated from the real record, not from the "read" checkmarks.

FREE AND SUBSCRIPTION
Free: up to two books in the library and three readings per day. Speed, expressiveness, questions, reports and assistant work fully.
StoryFox Plus removes these limits: as many books and readings as you want. The first 7 days are free, then monthly payment - the price in your currency will be shown by Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.

PRIVACY
Audio is needed only to recognize reading. By default, the recording is deleted immediately after analysis - you can enable it in your profile to keep it longer. We do not share your child's name, email, or device ID with any AI platform.
