Ratings and reviews

This app was good, but any time I log in, it gives me trouble. It won't log in half the time, so I have to force stop the app or clear the app data, then when it does log in, it gives me an error. I then have to clear the app again and repeat this until it works. It's annoying. Ads are terrible, but fine when the app works, and it doesn't work. Please fix this

My yearly premium subscription was renewed on June, and I haven't used the apps for a while and suddenly I no longer can save my own IG stories, and the advertisement pop up everywhere and everytime I want to click. I've tried to relogin even reinstall, but nothing changed, still as if I were a free user hence I have paid for one year premium subscription. I've already contacted your support e-mail to no avail. Please fix this!!

I paid for 1yr premium and I am still getting adverts all over the app. what did I pay for then? kindly work on my account or refund money if your app is not right.How do we contact them pls? I think this is a Scam app. I paid already and when I wanna download, it still tells me to pay. I need to report this app.
