Tsumugi is an English vocabulary app that turns the words you are studying into short, illustrated stories. Instead of drilling flashcards, you read your words inside a story you made yourself - which is how they actually stick.

◆ HOW IT WORKS

1. Look up an English word
Type any word. Tsumugi shows the meaning, the part of speech, and its CEFR level (A1 to C2), so you always know how difficult a word is before you study it.

2. Save it to your word list
Build your own vocabulary list. Keep the words you want to work on and remove the ones you have already mastered. Your personal word book, built from real reading.

3. Choose your words and a genre
Pick the vocabulary you want to practise, then choose the kind of story you are in the mood for.

4. Read your story
Tsumugi writes an original four-page picture book using your words. Your chosen words are highlighted in the text, so you can see exactly how each one works in a real sentence.

5. Keep it on your bookshelf
Every story you create is saved. Come back and reread them any time. Repeated exposure in context is what turns a new word into a word you own.
