Won't open. Just crashes 3x times and tells me to clear the cache. I clear it and it does the same thing. Good thing I didn't buy this pellet stove exclusively for the app connectivity because it's useless

User interface on the stove is horrible and the app is horrible as well, you guys have to update these things, specially the UI on the stove, feels like an old Nokia menu, gave up on the app and stove screen after 20 mins.

Followed instructions to a t and was unsuccessful at pairing with and using the pellet stove which I bought only for this feature. Now app force closes every time it's opened. Un-installed and plan on returning the freedom stove ps21. Cheap Chinese garbage with trash U.I.
