SIMRES (Management Information & Response System) is an official internal application developed to support transparency and efficiency in the Pangudi Luhur Integrated Center (STPL) Bekasi.
This application is specifically designed to facilitate functional officials such as Social Workers (Peksos), Social Counselors (Pensos), Nurses, and instructors in documenting every stage of social rehabilitation services for Beneficiaries (PM) in real time.
SIMRES Key Features:
📝 JFT Daily E-Journal: A practical recording of functional staff's daily activities. Officers can input task descriptions, PM assistance reports, and service documentation directly from the field without the need for manual paperwork.
🏢 Residential Service Management: Supports the data management of beneficiaries living within the center (residential), ensuring that every intervention progress is recorded neatly and accountably.
📷 Digital Activity Documentation: An integrated photo upload feature to strengthen performance evidence and official reports for each functional officer at STPL Bekasi.
📊 Monitoring & Evaluation: Facilitates leadership and the monitoring team in monitoring service productivity and the quality of interventions provided to Social Welfare Service Recipients (PPKS).
