Very useless app. recently used the Staraitpay application for a transaction, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, I was disappointed by their refund policy. Unlike many other payment platforms, Staraitpay charges a fee for refund transactions. This unexpected charge left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness in transaction processes. Being charged a fee for a refund undermines the trust I have in Staraitpay.

What I really love is the speed of transactions,no unnecessary delays, and I get instant notifications. Plus, the security features give me peace of mind. Customer support is responsive too, which is a big plus

I have deleted this app several times without number,the problem is that you can't send money to any other bank except straitpay, secondly there should be exchanging and converting of currency within the app,even if there is anything like Zoro star I will have give it to the developer cuz this kind don't suppose to be in play store
