As a first time user, I found the app very beginner-friendly. Creating a profile was simple, and the interface is clean & easy to navigate. You can see where to play available games in Singapore, as well as exploring memberships and promos. Booking a game is fast and convenient and it makes the whole experience easier for both new and regular users.

Initial disappointing experience with customer service. However, they did follow up thereafter and tried to understand my situation, making it better. I feel that the policy can somewhat be better, in terms of the cancellation and refund policy. It is a good platform to meet and play football against other people so hopefully they can exercise some flexibility at times.
