Use the StrataCash Authenticator to easily and securely sign in to your StrataCash account using multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security, over and above your username and password, by adding a second level of verification when you sign in. Multi-factor authentication makes unauthorised access to your StrataCash account more difficult and provides greater protection for your information.


The StrataCash Authenticator provides you with a one-time code that must be provided alongside your username and password when accessing your StrataCash accounts.

• The one-time code can be generated by the StrataCash Authenticator on your mobile phone, even if you do not have access to a network or mobile connection.

• Easy-to-follow device registration process that utilises your registered email and mobile number to verify your identity.

• Easy-to-register the app with your StrataCash username and then set your own 4-digit PIN to access the app in the future.

• Easy-to-use Deregister feature on the Help page that can clear all data on the app or deregister the device if you need to register another device.
