Living in an apartment should not feel like an isolating daily struggle caused by navigating outdated systems, lacking support, or facing unnecessary and excessive strata costs. Unfortunately, this is the reality for most apartment dwellers.

This dire reality led us to develop stratameet.

We are Australians who understand the realities of strata living, and we’re committed to solving these everyday problems that too many residents are facing.

Our digital platform is designed to help building residents connect, plan, organise and manage their building including:

- Borrowing/lending items to support your neighbours whether it be a screwdriver, a gardening tool or even a spare chair for a dinner party.

- Alerting neighbours when your delivery has arrived but you are away from home, when you have an urgent building issue or when there is an upcoming building event.

- Coordinating building activities, meetings and events from book clubs to strata meetings and all things in between.

- Managing building concerns and issues in a simple, transparent way - including the ability to track and archive building activity.

- Discovering trade services which have been tried, tested and recommended by other apartment blocks near you.

Apartment living should feel human, not transactional.
