With the new STRATIS Mobile App, Residents, Staff, Visitors, and Vendors can seamlessly use mobile passes for all electronic access points including elevators, parking garages, common areas, amenity areas, and of course, apartment units. Users have the ability to remotely control their smart devices in the unit (including thermostats, lighting, and more!), submit service requests, request access for visitors, and much more!

Residents with accounts immediately gain access to any and all devices and access points they have permissions for. When a Resident moves off the property, they immediately lose access to that unit, and the devices revert back to property management control. Backed by our property-wide networks for device connectivity and our SOC 2 Type 2 audited security focus, Residents and Staff users can rest at ease that their devices, data, and units are safe and secure.

One of the core features STRATIS offers is the ability to automate smart home behavior based on users realtime location. With geofencing-enabled scenes, residents can set up Home and Away scenes that automatically gets triggered when entering or leaving a property — like adjusting thermostats, turning lights on or off, and so on.

this app is trash. so is customer service. hopefully you never have to get into your apartment within 5 minutes of arriving because the app isn't going to connect to your lock in less time than that. better have your phone in your hand with the app open every time you want to leave too, and be ready to stand there waiting for it to connect before you can go. also you will have trouble connecting your thermostat to it. good luck dealing with customer service or getting it fixed.

This is the worst elock app I've used. If I had to use it to get into my apartment building quickly for safety or something, I would be in serious trouble. It takes forever to load up, signs me out randomly and sometimes doesn't even recognize the lock that I'm right in front of. Several times it is actually faster for me to pull up the list of residents, find my name, call myself from the callbox and unlock the door through my phone that way. It is too unreliable for such an important purpose.

This app barely does what it needs to do, and constantly shows weird messages and errors along the way. They have a widget, but it's completely useless as it never loads my access points until I open the app to "log in," negating the purpose of the widget entirely. This review feels kind of pointless though because you're probably going to get forced to use the app by your building management. I wish I could uninstall.
