This was my favorite app for years and one of only two I ever spent money on. Ads were minimal and occasionally even usable. Now there is at least one long ad after every single game, if you are listening to music or a story this game shuts it off and you have to leave this game, go to the other app and restart it. Many ads are darn near impossible to escape from. I will never spend another penny on it and rarely play it now. I understand making a buck but your greed has ruined this app.

ads are the problem. as a Simon's Cat fan, i have played this app for years, and it used to be a favorite. but the ads have gotten out of hand- too frequent, and several are difficult to get past- x's don't work or hard to find. I'm guessing this company is under new ownership bcz it didn't used to be like this. had to uninstall. i understand ad revenue, and that it's most apps' primary method of monetization but companies need to remember they can't make money if users uninstall the app.

This may be an odd review. First of all I love this game. It's definitely the best bubble shooter game I've tried. There aren't thst many ads and when you do get one its worth the reward. The colors, characters, music design are great and make the game fun. The odd thing is that I'm going through a difficult time in my life. My husband has taken ill and Simon's Cat Pop has saved me from losing my mind. It's really calming but never boring. Download it!
