EzInstaller2.0 is Streamax’s professional installer app for authorized technicians and field engineers. It helps you install, configure, calibrate, and document Streamax in-vehicle AI dashcam devices with a clear, consistent workflow.

Whether you are installing for the first time or working on-site with limited connectivity, EzInstaller guides you through each step so installs stay accurate, auditable, and efficient.

【Key Features】

• Step-by-step installation guidance
From checking box contents and connecting cables to powering on, choosing the windshield mount position, cleaning and attaching the bracket, mounting the camera, and securing/hiding cables—EzInstaller provides clear steps and visual guidance. Choose Guided Install for the full workflow, or Quick Mode to skip non-essential steps when you already know the process.

• Device connection & status checks
Connect to the dashcam over its local Wi-Fi, sign in to the device, and review status and key configuration before preview and calibration. Confirm the device is ready first to reduce rework in the field.

• Channel preview & calibration
Preview ADAS, DSC, and other channels in real time. Check mounting angle, obstruction, and field of view so the camera is centered, within the wiper sweep area, and positioned for a clear ADAS view—helping ADAS-related features perform as intended.

• Installation evidence & record upload
Capture required evidence such as license plate/VIN, mount-view photos, AI channel snapshots, and related install details. In Online Mode, submit records to your organization’s platform tenant. When the network is unavailable, records can be saved locally and uploaded later from Pending Install Uploads.

• Flexible login modes for field work
— Online Mode: Sign in with an installer account issued by your admin and sync install records to the platform
— Offline Login Mode: Sign in with an offline credential; keep records on the phone and upload manually when connectivity returns
— Local Install Mode: Complete install and calibration on-device only—no platform record is created or uploaded. Ideal for testing, demos, or private deployments

EzInstaller is intended for trained technicians authorized by Streamax or by an organization with a current commercial relationship with Streamax. Use only the account or offline credential issued by your administrator. Unauthorized use is not permitted.

【Tips for Best Results】
• Connect your phone to the target device’s Wi-Fi and use the correct power cable for the vehicle (e.g., ACC or OBD)
• Follow local regulations and in-app diagrams for mount position (including windshield allowable zone height limits)
• After installation, confirm screws are fully tightened, cables are properly hidden, and evidence has been uploaded
