Suddenly, the app on Android has stopped reporting alerts. And I'm out of town, of course. I've tried toggling the Home/Away, logged out and back in, checked the app notifications, and confirmed the app permissions in the OS settings. In the app, all is working and reporting. Notifications just stopped working. 7/7 Update. Called the support number, and they were VERY helpful. I'm back in business.

Nice simple app, however could be better if you could click on the hour and see how much was used during that hour. Also would be nice to see total of current/recent flow. Aka. Start a shower get out and see how much water was actually used just for it... Assuming no other water running in the house. Last suggestion to make this a 5 star would to be able to truly calibrate the device and app by something like filling a gallon jug, again assuming no other water is running and then use that measurement to calibrate flow rate as well as gallons used

I've had the flow meter for a year and a half, and it has generally worked well. There was an issue encountered in January 2022 when Android updated, and the live data (current flow and unit temperature) quit reading. Stream labs updated the app in March, and the live data returned. The unit continued to record historical data (hourly/daily/monthly totals) during this period. The other thing to note is that the app and the water monitor WILL NOT WORK without an internet connection.
