Absolutely awful considering how great the Vacasa owner app was. A significant disappointment that we had to give that up in exchange for this.

This tool may be useful for renters, but from an owner's perspective, it's disappointing. Lots of downtime, difficult reporting mechanics, work order management challenges and unreliable/incomplete guest reviews.

It has always worked well except reporting on my Android phone, but having trouble seeing new reservations. I can see ones booked more than a month or so ago, but I can't see the newer ones. It is not a problem on my husband's iPhone, only my samsung.
