About this app

Owner X allows you to access important information about your vacation rentals. It keeps you updated on necessary company news, shows you a list of your scheduled owner blocks, provides a calendar so you can see all upcoming reservations and book any open dates. It also comes with the ability to manage unit assets, view and create work orders.

Ratings and reviews

It is Not user friendly. There is no easy way to cancel an owner reservation anymore. No way to get an email notification when a reservation has been cancelled. Would not recommend. Updated 8-15-26. The app and website were changed and not for the better. Everything that was bad before is even worse now!! It takes you forever to find something. Ex: What took you maybe 1 step to find your calendar, it now takes at least 3 steps to find your reservation calendar.

This tool may be useful for renters, but from an owner's perspective, it's disappointing. Lots of downtime, difficult reporting mechanics, work order management challenges and unreliable/incomplete guest reviews.
