I am unable to login due to the fact the website offers email login but the app is strictly Apple and Google login only. I am not creating a whole other account just because you refuse to have proper login settings throughout. The computer application crashes and causes overheating too. You can't close it out without disabling all the features, which shouldn't be an issue. The free features are perfectly fine but too many features under the paid tier are mixed in to the free features.

I purchased the unlimited plan n instantly found out that's not the case. they charge per character which as a micro streamer I ran thru in 2 weeks on a monthly plan. asked them how to fix it n was told it's due to energy mode restarting my app (which was never used). after almost 20 emails back m forth they decided to refill my coins n give me horrible advice on toning down my chat so almost no one can use tts. If I buy unlimited I expect unlimited usage. this company is ripping off so many

the app is good, but the problem is, i need to turn up the volume while doing livestream on my mobile phone so the bot can read and be heard on my live, if i turn my volume down it won't read the comments and no notification was heard in my live stream, i hate using earphones during my livestream that's the thing, I'm reading comments using my second mobile phone that's why, please do something about it, and i will rate it 5 star if you (Tikfinity) use your intelligence to fix it....
