Ratings and reviews

Every review I read said this turn table is a great pairing with a Sonos system but my Sonos speakers very rarely populate within this app. I ended up going with a line in from the turntable to the Sonos system instead of wireless. Don't buy if you NEED it to be wireless with your Sonos system. I actually much prefer the line in anyway and it's a fantastic turn table aside. The app, not so much.

Utter garbage. Doesn't find my own WiFi but can find all my neighbours. So it doesn't save the record player in devices and you just go round in circles trying to get the app to find the device then trying to get the app to find the WiFi, doesn't find it, repeat till you get bored then just put Spotify on instead 🤷🏼‍♂️

Just bought victrola Onyx. Works great except for the knob illumination control. It doesn't work, it's always at 100% and cannot dim it to a lower level. Victrola's support is the absolute worst that I've dealt with as it's almost non-existent. They don't have an IVR system in setup and you're not placed in a queue for a support agent to pick up, instead you'll have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back. When they call back after unknown hours, they have an attitude.
