Ratings and reviews

An embarrassment for any brand that wanted to be taken seriously. The fact that they haven't fixed this within a day would be enough to tell you that they have abysmal quality standards but the fact that they have not fixed it.... ever tells you that this company is not worth your money or time. Find another brand - I regret that I wasted my money on this inept and poorly managed company product. if you can even call it that. no respect for their customers and no concept of quality.

Just bought victrola Onyx. Works great except for the knob illumination control. It doesn't work, it's always at 100% and cannot dim it to a lower level. Victrola's support is the absolute worst that I've dealt with as it's almost non-existent. They don't have an IVR system in setup and you're not placed in a queue for a support agent to pick up, instead you'll have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back. When they call back after unknown hours, they have an attitude.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THESE RECORD PLAYERS. The app is pure garbage and their customer support is inept. Player never connects on its own. Eventually it'll work, but I have to manually trouble shoot the player EVERY time I want to play a record. I've tried all trouble shooting tips and have contacted Victrola for support. Their customer service agent told me to move the player further AWAY from my router, which makes absolutely zero sense and did nothing to improve the performance.
