Ratings and reviews

This platform is really disappointing. It's buggy, unnecessary, and not a good user experience overall. Editing is messy, and I didn't enjoy using it. The app doesn't notify you of actions or alerts, so I still have to check my email — what's the point? It also sends duplicate emails, with two separate messages telling you the same information. It's an unnecessary extra step. On top of that, the agent using the platform doesn't seem to understand it themselves, so no training provided.

the app, in it's eagerness to acquire a rating via popup, crashed. buttons needed pressing multiple times to work. slow, buggy and unnecessary. all could be done via website.

Despite providing answers to all the questions regarding property information, the app won't mark the sections as complete. Wasted loads of time trying to get them to complete. Because I can't complete these sections I can't proceed to the next steps. Have had to resort to spending more time sending all the information via email.
