About this app

StreetWise Responder is the companion product for StreetWise CADlink MDT tablet software. Now you have a new and better choice in the world of individual responder smartphone apps. StreetWise Responder doesn’t try to be a full MDT, it focuses on the features individual responders really need. Whether you’re a volunteer or an off-duty crew member, this app has all the features you’ve been looking for in a simple, intuitive and modern user interface. And it fully integrates with the StreetWise MDT and StreetWise Station SmartBoards, so you’ll always know who is responding on your call, where they are, and what they’re doing.

This application provides a video demo of the full product suite. Full activation requires your department to have a subscription for at least one existing StreetWise CADlink tablet MDT and authorization from your department's StreetWise Project Administrator.

Monthly subscription for StreetWise Responder is $3.00.

Note: StreetWise uses location services when the user is active on a call, even when running in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

The new update is awful. I get 20 notifications for the same call. The communications loop stays active no matter what I do. Please make it go back to how it was before.

Works good other than I can't sign out of the app and sign back in with different credentials. Really sucks when you switch departments and can't get calls.

Great App for those of us responders. Has a up to date map for those hard to find houses. Good for a quick review on the way or a good time to read in your off time.

What’s new

- Added a “hydrant clustering” feature to improve map appearance and functionality when large numbers of hydrants are displayed.
- Added an optional “Receive Alerts For…” feature to allow users to specify which units to alert for when department is NOT in broadcast mode.
