People complain about the app not opening or giving error messages. It has always worked fine for me, even now on my new phone. This is not a stand-alone office app. It is just used to securely decrypt documents you receive from your bank or other business etc. After that your office app will open your document for reading and or editing.

With an absolute abundance of bad reviews and everyone having the same issue. Why are banks recommending this app? The developer clearly doesn't care about this app. I keep seeing the same generic response that doesn't help at all. My Recommendation: Download. See if it works. Leave a bad review. Maybe we can get it kicked off the playstore.

It's the worst app ever. Apart from already having 2 pdf viewer apps on my phone, namely Microsoft 365 and WPS Office, I had to install 5 different PDF viewers (including adobe reader), and still, this app didn't want to open even 1 emc file. Can't be an update issue, as I installed the app tonight only for it, not to work. Useless...
