And app still only partially modernized Although app doesn't crash anymore, it still has connection issues, even when it clearly shows on the bike that there is good signal. Having to "pull down" the screen in the app, to refresh / retry connection. Even worse though, annoying message keeps popping up, stating that there's no connection to Stromer... so annoying and unnecessary. Also the screen real-estate is still not efficiently being used in landscape mode and there's still no "night mode" switch. Therefore, it's only barely usable.
After several phones, o.s. changes and reomval/install, this app is utterly useless. Buggy, locks up and won't connect to a $7k bike. Nice job tech's. Maybe I should blame the bike that locked me out at 11 pm the other night. Stromer customer support not returning calls. Multiple visits to the dealer. I'm fed up. Considering buying a Stromer? I can't stress enough how un-impressed I am. Problems so far: new omni module, replaced battery and charger, failed rear brake (hydraulic) theft mode not resetting with app and solid signal, reflectors fell off...following the kickstand, failed headlight. Tires rub fenders, state of charge inaccuracies, random motor and torque sensor faults. Have fun pedaling a 60 pound bike home that made your wallet nice and light.
Still waiting Can't even start to use the app as I'm still waiting for my email to be sent, even though I have tried multiple times and checked my trash folder.
Is getting better This version is alot better than the old one wish I could change the background
