Stryker HexConnect is an integral part of the Hoffmann LRF smartHEX platform, designed to assist patients throughout their recovery after the surgical application of an external fixation device. This innovative system automates prescribed corrections at precise intervals, ensuring accurate adjustments as guided by the surgeon.

The Hoffmann LRF smartHEX platform comprises:
1. Web App for surgeons
2. Hexapod - an external fixation device used for limb deformity correction
3. smartHEX controllers - enabling precise automated adjustments.
4. Stryker HexConnect mobile app - facilitating wireless control commands.

The HexConnect app enrolls with the smartHEX strut controllers, which are attached to the smartHEX struts. Once enrolled, the controllers receive wireless control commands from the app, executing the surgeon’s prescribed correction plan with precision.
