About this app

STTE Fleets is a restricted-use corporate utility application, developed specifically for the drivers of STTE's vehicle fleet. The main objective of the application is to digitize the administrative processes between the drivers and the company's fleet management center.

Detailed functionalities and application flow:

1. Authentication and Secure Access:
• The application does not have a public registration. Access is restricted to drivers previously registered by STTE.

• Login is performed securely through the company's integrated identity system (Keycloak), guaranteeing the protection of operational data.

2. Service Order Management (Vehicle Maintenance):
• The driver can track the complete lifecycle of Service Orders (S.O.) for maintenance (preventive or corrective) associated with their work vehicle.

• Statuses tracked in real time: "Under review", "Approved" (service authorized), "Rejected" or "Closed" (maintenance completed with date and delivery forecast).

3. Document Viewing and Digital Signature:
• The driver has access to an area for documents pending mandatory legal or administrative signature.
• Allows viewing details of traffic violation notices (fines) linked to the vehicle the driver was operating, with alerts for upcoming due dates.

• Direct digital signature on the device screen for terms of responsibility for infractions and discount authorizations, speeding up the legal deadlines for driver identification with traffic authorities.

4. Integrated Communication Center:
• Internal and exclusive chat channel for drivers to send operational questions, report vehicle problems, or make requests directly to STTE fleet administrators.

5. Training and Development Module (Learning):
• Area dedicated to reading educational content, road safety manuals, quick vehicle operation guides, and internal company communications to promote defensive driving.

6. Alerts and Push Notifications:
• The app sends automatic notifications whenever a new service order is moved, when there is a new message from the call center, or when an urgent document is pending digital signature.

Important: This app is intended for professional use only by internal STTE drivers. There are no financial transactions, in-app purchases, or data collection for advertising purposes.
