I think the concept is absolutely amazing, but I've seen some old reviews about the app freezing when you open the messages for your agent and it seems the problem hasn't been resolved, at least from my end. Again, amazing concept and I'm sure it'd be extremely beneficial to us students if it could actually manage to function properly.

i don't know if it's just cause theres so many people using it at once right now but everytime i try to chat with my agent the app freezes and i'm not able to finish my text :/

It's quite useful and I love the idea, but the app is quite glitchy and unreliable, it's quite slow and crashes after not long of using it.
