My students told me that they found it very hard to use. I also found it cumbersome, and time-consuming. The worst is that I have not been able to login for a while now, I keep trying to reset my password to see if that'll help and it says it sent a response email and nothing shows up in my mailbox or in spam any place with multiple tries.and there doesn't seem to be any place with information on how to get in touch with somebody to try to fix the issue.

I've been trying to log into my account (new) for the past 3 days now. I get a message that my user/password is incorrect. I've requested a "forgot password" numerous times, the app says my re-set link was sent, but nothing received, and I did check in my junk folder. I see there is a review from 2019 with the same issue. How do I solve this?????

Infuriating app to try and use. The only thing worse than this app is the website. Ugly, not user friendly, lacks professionalism. I have wasted and lost so much time just simply trying to book a simple workout across the various services offered by the proclub. My kid stopped bothering trying to go to the club as this app and website make it to much of a hassle to try and book slots. I only gave this a 1 rating because 0 wasn't an option.
