Cannot add payment method, it provides a blank blue screen which I tapped around and found add card. I filled everything out and tried to submit the details, it just hangs with the details disabled. Cannot purchase any credits for my class.

the credit system is nonsense. Just let us pay directly. I bought the wrong credit that I can't use for another class and there is no button for refund. terrible app.

My students told me that they found it very hard to use. I also found it cumbersome, and time-consuming. The worst is that I have not been able to login for a while now, I keep trying to reset my password to see if that'll help and it says it sent a response email and nothing shows up in my mailbox or in spam any place with multiple tries.and there doesn't seem to be any place with information on how to get in touch with somebody to try to fix the issue.
