This is a straight demake of Gothic, except even calling it a "game" is a bit of an overstatement. From what I could tell, you can't even attack in the current build of the game. As much as I dislike the very idea of just completely copying a game's story, characters, setting; The very idea of ripping the intro cutscene right out of Gothic and putting it into your own game, the fact of the matter is, there currently isn't even a game here. All in all, there is no reason to download this as is.

Game was fun to play until level 62 (the one with a hovering tree) since it was impossible to beat due to the hovering tree.

Gothic 1 in 2D. Can't wait to see a complete first chapter
