Calculate Deadlines is the easiest and fastest way to calculate civil procedural deadlines. Designed for lawyers, trainees, and legal professionals, it automatically applies the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure and gives you the exact date—and explains why.

THREE CALCULATION MODES
• BY DAYS: Add or subtract days from the effective date, with preset quick values
• BY ARTICLE: Select the deadline from the Code of Civil Procedure (appearance, appearance, briefs, appeals, injunction, enforcement, etc.) with the days already set
• BY MONTH: Civil calculation pursuant to art. 155, paragraph 1, of the Italian Civil Procedure Code. 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, with an additional 31 days if the deadline falls during the summer suspension.

RULES APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY
• Summer suspension from August 1st to 31st (Law 742/1969, as amended by Legislative Decree 132/2014)
• Extension pursuant to Art. 155 of the Code of Civil Procedure: if the deadline falls on a holiday (or a Saturday, for documents outside of the hearing), it is extended to the first working day.
• Deadlines in reverse: defendant's appearance (Article 166 of the Code of Civil Procedure), supplementary briefs 40/20/10 (Article 171-ter of the Code of Civil Procedure), decision-making phase 60/30/15 — with early extension, as per case law.
• Free deadline: both the starting and ending days are excluded.
• National holidays and Easter Monday are calculated automatically. Configurable patron saint of your forum
• PRECAUTIONARY mode: move the deadline forward to the previous business day for peace of mind

163-bis (120/150 days), 165, 166, 171-ter, decisional phase, 325, 327 (long term of 6 months), 378, 434, 481, 497, 567, 617, 641, 644, 739 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure.

TRANSPARENT RESULT
Not just the date: the app shows you how many days have not been counted for the holiday suspension, whether the extension has been applied, and what the deadline would be under the other calculation method.
