Studio Baton is a lesson scheduling and studio management app for private music teachers — piano, violin, guitar, voice, and every other instrument. Keep your student roster, lesson schedule, notes, homework, attendance, invoices, and tuition payments in one place, instead of spread across a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a text thread.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Most lesson apps charge a flat monthly rate and leave the counting to you. Studio Baton counts the calendar.

Five-week months bill five lessons, four-week months bill four. Move a lesson into next month and the bill moves with it. Cancel one and it asks you there and then: roll the fee over, or waive it?

Your whole month at a glance, each day's lessons listed inline. Drag a lesson to another day to move just that week — the regular schedule stays put.

Lesson timer

Studio Baton holds information about students, including children, and we treat it carefully. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use student information to train anything. Only you can see your studio, and a family you approve sees only their own records.
