This is exactly where the free studiolution customer file app comes in: Customer information is even better available in the store via the app and your customers can use the integrated self-service to enter their master data, preferences, pictures or even anamnesis information completely independently on the tablet.

The data is automatically synchronized with your studiolution access so that all information is available everywhere at the same time. Incidentally, studiolution access is also a prerequisite for using this app.

- Management of customer data on the tablet.

- Obtain and note GDPR-compliant consent for direct mail and data protection.
- Create individual questionnaires and give them to customers to fill out via tablet.
- Simple and fast customer search.

QUESTIONNAIRE/HISTORY
In order to request further information from your customers in SelfService, you can define a questionnaire in the settings of the app and define single, multiple or free text answers for each point. By the way - the information entered by the customers is currently only available in the app.
