About this app
Gongbang Unni is an app designed for workshop operators who need to prepare submission materials after receiving text messages regarding self-inspections from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, as well as for entrepreneurs starting a workshop for the first time who need to establish a record-keeping system for inspections, inventory, manufacturing, and sales. Check for currently missing data in existing files, ledgers, and photos, and accumulate subsequent records in the app to organize them into monthly PDFs along with materials related to the four major standards.
Gongbang Unni Regular Workshop Management
- Hygiene Inspection: Records of daily hygiene, temperature/humidity, cleaning, and monthly equipment, rodent, and pest control inspections
- Manufacturing Management: Management of product recipes, manufacturing operations, and records of finished product storage and packaging
- Inventory Management: Receipt of raw materials and packaging, verification of usage and remaining stock levels
- Quality Management: Management of product quality inspections, test reports, sales, claims, and recall records
- Work Management: Management of personnel, workspaces, training, and worker health issues
- Record Inquiry: Check accumulated records and uncompleted inspections on the calendar to quickly complete them
Soap Recipe Calculation Support
- Caustic Soda Calculation: Calculates the required amount based on the caustic soda amount per gram of oil (in g units) and the recipe's standard amount
- Caustic Soda Adjustment: Adds a default of 2% to the theoretical caustic soda amount; the adjustment ratio can be changed per recipe
- Purified Water Calculation: Calculates a default of 30% of the total oil amount and adjusts according to the recipe
- Calculation Verification: View the theoretical and adjusted caustic soda and the oils included in the calculation on a single screen
- Note on Default Values: Provides reference values for 32 basic oils, and verifies supplier data, incoming lot test reports (COA), and raw material purity prior to actual manufacturing.
Supports documentation of periodic monitoring and self-inspection.
- Organization of data from 4 major standards: View records related to Manufacturing Control Standards, Product Standards, Manufacturing Control Records, and Quality Control Records in one place.
- Supports PDF documentation: Create, preview, and share hygiene, manufacturing, and training attachments, product standard, manufacturing, and packaging summaries, as well as quality and sales records.
- Search by batch number and month: Quickly check hygiene, manufacturing, and quality records for inspection periods and products.
- Document revision management: Organize revision numbers and dates to match changes in management data.

- Anonymous error/usage statistics transmission can be stopped at any time via settings.

Data Processing Policy.
- Original hygiene, manufacturing, and training records entered by the user, name, memo, The generated PDF content is saved on the user's device.
- To improve app quality, error and usage statistics that do not directly identify individuals may be transmitted.
- You can turn off "Allow transmission of error/usage statistics" at any time in `My Workshop > Diagnosis and Usage Statistics`.
