About this app

Puntual records your employees' working time reliably, works without a connection and adapts to the rules of 13 European Union countries.

It came out of a real problem: the time-tracking app we used at work would close itself and, when reopened, the counter was still running. Puntual cannot fail that way, because it never accumulates time: it stores the moment of each clock-in and works the day out from there.

▸ WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
The entry is saved on the phone first and synced afterwards. A warehouse with no coverage, a building site or a phone with no data will not stop anyone clocking in. The cloud is the destination, never the requirement.

▸ A RECORD THAT CANNOT BE ALTERED
Entries are never edited or deleted, not even by an administrator. A correction adds a new record showing who approved it and why. Every entry is chained with a cryptographic fingerprint, so any later tampering shows up.

▸ THE SERVER SETS THE TIME
In company mode the server stamps the time of every entry. Changing the clock on the phone stops being of any use.

▸ TUNED TO EACH COUNTRY
When you register your company you pick the country and the app applies its rules. The retention periods are verified against the rule that sets them: 4 years in Spain (RD-ley 8/2019), 2 in Germany (§ 17.2 MiLoG), 1 in France (art. D3171-16) and in the Netherlands and Austria, 5 in Italy, Portugal, Belgium and Denmark, 6 in Croatia, 10 in Poland and 3 in Sweden. Outside those countries the app works just the same and you set the retention period. Your history comes with you: change phone or clock in on the tablet and you will see it when you sign in.
Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Croatian and Greek.

Export to PDF or CSV, readable and with an annex that independently proves the data has not been touched. Ready to hand to the labour inspectorate.

▸ TABLET TERMINAL MODE
One tablet at the door and each person clocks in with their name and PIN. The tablet signs in with its own account, so all it can do is clock people in: no reports, no employees, no settings. Nobody has to install anything on their personal phone, and it works without internet too.

▸ FOR WHOEVER MANAGES
Hours by day, week and month; difference against expected hours; issues of the month (open shifts, working days with no record, entries with a doubtful clock); schedules with seasons and split shifts; absences, holidays and sick leave.

The administrator signs in from any computer without installing anything, and can give access to their accountant.
