FAQ

Q: Why doesn't the widget respond when I tap on it?

A: If you are using a Xiaomi device, MIUI is blocking some permissions for the widget to work correctly. Please go into Settings -> Stuff -> Other Permissions, then enable "Display popup windows" for the widget to work correctly.

For non Xiaomi devices, the home screen launcher app you are using may not support widgets correctly, please try installing another launcher app instead.

Exactly what I needed I have long used Keep Notes for its checklist feature as my notes widget, as I don't have to enter the app to check an item off (although I do in order to add an item). However, I have wanted the ability to customize its appearance for just as long. This widget offers exactly what kind of granular customization I was looking for, and I appreciate the implementation of the features of the checklist itself. I can add & check off items right in the widget, as there's no app.

good app, simple, clean, good for notes or reminders without the stress. my only critique is that every now and then the tasks I have will just stop showing up on the homestretch, like the widget is there, I can click on it to edit a task, but the text is just missing. I dont know why it does that and I have no idea how to fix it other than just restarting my phone. I also dont like that you can transfer data during a smartswitch from one phone to another.

Simple, customisable, wonderful. The best home screen to-do list widget I've tried, especially considering it doesn't demand a whole bunch of money on a subscription basis or bombard you with ads. That said, I would love to pay a one-off fee for a pro version with even more customisation options (background images, border styles, tick box/bullet point variants) and the ability to have multiple individual widget instances with their own settings/lists.
