About this app

App works with Shimano E-Bike motors (EP801, EP8, EP6, E8000, E7000, E6100, E5000) via Bluetooth.
Allows:
- Get E-bike information (total distance, battery health and etc)
- Change assist settings
- Change gearing type (mechanical, electrical) and chainrings size
- Presets for quick setups of your bike
- Other features depending on bike's firmware

Warning: the new EP801 and EP6 motors do not support changing advance settings (region, circumference). All other motors with the latest firmware do not support changing advanced settings via Bluetooth.

Ratings and reviews

You need to have the old firmware, which they can send you the instructions on how to revert back through Bluetooth on your phone. Once I did that the software worked as advertised. Keep in mind the initial cost of the software is not the final amount. It's an additional $38 for unlocking all the features of the software, but it is worth it and it will truly derestrict your Shimano ebike. Unlike a piggyback, you actually get the full use of your mph on your display. Follow provided directions!

Initially I did not realise to purchase a licence to access the full app, I couldn't find a contact so left a review to gain their attention, they responded 👍 I purchased the Licence and tried the App today. I uploaded the US profile, which allowed the bike to reach 19 or 20 mph before the motor cut out, and seemed to have increased torque. Impressive. I need to work out what else the App can do as it's not as fast as a speedbox, but much cheaper and I have had issues with my speedbox

Rubbish app, doesn't work with upgraded software, total waste of money won't refund!
