About this game

Welcome to Quarantine Last Survival the most intense quarantine management and survival game on Google Play. A dangerous infection has spread across the city, and your job is to control the outbreak before it destroys everyone. You must test people, separate the infected from the healthy, treat patients, and transport critical cases before it’s too late.
Start by setting up your quarantine camp. Safe civilians stay on one side, infected patients remain on the other. Scan people, check symptoms, and quickly decide who needs isolation. Every second matters if you delay, the infection spreads faster.
Build medical tents, first-aid units, labs, and treatment zones. Upgrade equipment, bring doctors and medics, and keep your camp running. Some patients need medicine, some need food, and some require emergency transfer to a secure facility.
Use ambulances and quarantine trucks to move infected to hospitals or high-security zones. Protect the healthy group by keeping the infected far away. If you make a mistake, the virus can escape and infect everyone inside your camp.

Not all people cooperate some panic, some try to escape quarantine, and some turn aggressive. Keep security alert and make sure no infected person reaches the safe zone. Completing missions rewards you with medicine, staff, vehicles and new upgrades.

Ratings and reviews

Very first time opening app, part way through loading, hit with ad. Can't even open the game without an ad. There is money grubbing pay to win and pay to play, and then there is this...thing, that makes all the others look kind and generous. Note to self: reviews are our friend, read them before downloading something.

This isn’t a game ,it’s an ad machine. Every single action forces you to watch ads, and the screen is constantly cluttered with them. The gameplay feels like an afterthought, clearly built just to push ad revenue. Honestly, it’s low effort and frustrating. Not worth your time.
