I amm writing to request assistance with my recent purchase of a free trial and color test. I encountered several technical failures: the app failed to download during signup, and the emailed results were inaccessible. After manually installing the app via the Google Play Store, my purchased content is still missing. Despite reviews suggesting these are separate platforms, the branding and marketing indicate otherwise. I would like the access I paid for or a full refund.

the scam is this: they have 2 apps. you sign up for the free app to check it out and somehow they charge you $50. when you try to cancel, you can't so you send an email, in which they tell you "our app is free, you must've sighed up for this fraudulent app impersonating us." but when you follow their instructions in the email, it's not the same app! I DEFINITELY HAVE YOUR APP and now I have to get a new bank card so you can't keep stealing money from me.

id like to give zero. I used my Google account when subscribing but you guys weren't even in my Google subscriptions... odd. I didn't use your service once have no memory of use yet was charged 30 dollars. I had to download the app locate account and delete it, twice!! not a very honest company. very shady, please beware!
