Ratings and reviews

This is a useless app. Unless you're paying for one of their overpriced monthly services, it doesn't offer you anything. I have free access to, I believe, remote connect for some time but the un-navigable app only keeps displaying what I can sign up for or what I already have, but no place to even access what I have. It's extremely confusing. I mean, at least let the owners view basic info like battery level ffs.

Would be pretty good if the developers believed in testing. Haven't seen the app outright crash, but it has so many bugs and inconsistent behaviors, especially if you want to use the digital key. it's really frustrating that you can open the door using the digital ket and then 5 seconds later, you can't start the car or lock the doors, and on and on. If you want a tester, contact me. I'll volunteer and give you a laundry list of things to fix.

Compare to My Subaru app this one is less helpful. Just one example : there is no option to preset to start the car in summer and separetly in winter. There is no preset at all( temperature only, but nothing about which vent air should go through, seats heating on /off and more )plus all advanced remote controls buttons are not on the home page together. Can not download digital key.
