not working properly, installed the app, created account, and can't use, useless

Tourist just trying to check my card balance. 1) no translation option 2) requires resident documents to register etc, etc, etc.....

This app is useless without a DNI and that begs the question: why is a DNI needed to charge a public transit card? There are hundreds of similar applications for public transport around the world that are straightforward and simple to use which do not require a specific government ID. Why is this so convoluted in Argentina? (1) Link app to a credit card or bank account -> (2) Charge card. Better yet, institute a tap and pay system so that people can use their phone instead of a card.
