SubHunt is a minimalist, retro-inspired naval strategy game built around deep deduction.
A hostile submarine is hidden somewhere on the grid. You command a destroyer with limited intel and must track,
predict, and strike before you run out of resources.
How it plays
- Ping to gather sonar contact data.
- Set course and speed to reposition.
- Set depth and fire torpedoes at a selected target tile.
- Read the contact report, infer likely movement, and tighten the search.
Every turn matters. Good hunting depends on logic, pattern reading, and risk management.
Game Features
- Offline, single-player gameplay.
- Turn-based tactical flow with fast sessions.
- Multiple difficulty levels with distinct sub behavior.
- Contact log for deduction-driven tracking.
- Resource pressure: pings, torpedoes, and move economy.
- Optional casual mode with unlimited pings, moves, and torpedoes.

If you enjoy strategy puzzles, naval cat-and-mouse gameplay, and deduction under uncertainty, SubHunt is built for
you.
