Sublocus is the platform that connects drivers looking for parking with owners who have available spaces.

• Find available parking spaces near you on the map
• Book by the hour at the owner's chosen price
• Pay securely by card through Stripe
• Communicate directly with the owner via messaging
• View your booking history and manage your vehicles

🏠 For Owners:
• List your parking space and set your hourly rate
• Configure availability by day and time slot
• Receive payments directly to your bank account
• Manage bookings from the app
• Communicate with drivers via messaging

🔒 Security:
• Identity verification for all users
• Secure payments processed by Stripe
• Incident reporting and resolution system
• Entry and exit photos as evidence

Sublocus charges a small platform fee of €0.75 per booking to keep the service running and secure for everyone.

Available in Madrid and coming soon to more cities.
