I bought this last summer and didn't get it until late in the year. It does not work correctly at all. Right from the begining, It just wanders around and sometimes just spins in a circle. And I can't get any help after several emails to and from support. I need a new bot or my $ back.

App returns error message, "Unknown error" when trying to connect Bluenexus. Update 11/23/2023 - I was able to get my BlueNexus connected to Wi-fi today. The app is well laid out and has a slick, modern feel to it. Four stars for now. After I spend more time with the app and the robot I will change my rating (or keep it where it is) accordingly.

App is always buggy in one way or another. I've had 2 versions of the pool cleaner and it was a miracle to be able to add the original version after months of trying. Now I have the new BN pro and cannot add it to the app to control it. If I go to try and open the support within the app, the app crashes.
