About this app

SubPro is a commercial iOS + Android mobile app for construction subcontractors to create, track, and send professional bid proposals from their phone. The app targets typical construction trades and replaces the spreadsheet-and-email workflow subs use to respond to general contractor bid invitations.

Three tiers: Basic (unentitled/expired state), Pro $19/mo, Elite $29/mo (AI workflows — scope writing, addenda checking, win/loss analysis). GC-side subscriptions to track and monitor active subcontractor.
