it was working nice on starting days. but I am getting alot of issues with internet from last 3 months and there is no longer solution provided by mach1. I have to raise the complaint every now and then. very poor customer service. even don't have way to talk to the customers on call. very bad. i will never recommend this service or brodband to anyone. please don't go with this.... very bad... facing same issue repeatedly 😡

Extremely inconsistent and unreliable service. When the internet works, it does deliver the full 200 Mbps speed as promised. But the moment an issue arises, the quality drops drastically and becomes completely unusable. For the last 4–5 days, my speed has been stuck at 50–60 Mbps on a 200 Mbps plan, with frequent connect/disconnect issues since a recent fiber repair. No explanation, no communication—just poor performance. Raised a complaint via email, but there’s still no proper response.

Pathetic Service - Worst ISP ever. I have raised more than 5 complaint so far in the app and everytime it get resolved successfully even without anyone visiting my place, when I called customer care they are asking technician nahi aaya kya? this is pathetic. Frequent Disconnection, Packet Loss, Low Speed, and everything you can think of is available with this ISP
