I had a very poor experience with this internet service. There is downtime almost every day. If you work from home, you'll struggle to attend online meetings because the connection frequently lags or disconnects for a few minutes before coming back. In many cases, the internet is so unstable that you can't even raise a complaint properly. If you rely on a stable connection for work, I would strongly recommend avoiding this provider, especially if you're planning to take a long-term plan.

One of the worst wifi service provider I have seen till now. Literally every day wifi gets slow and doesn't work for hours and the reasons provided by there technician are fixed. I have been complaining for last many months for the same reason but they don't it seriously. Better switch to some another wifi provider.

my experience has been quite good for the machone internet with good speed and even their service is good. you can go for it. I have used other reputed network/fibre services but had lot of trouble especially during rainy season. machone is good. thanks to your team.
