I'm loving it. I am an outdoor enthusiast and love to see John and Stacy's team put so much energy it our lives. We are mind, body, and Spirit. This app helps me connect His Spirit within me to our Creator. Download it, use it, keep an open heart and mind. Don't forget to 'pause' and pray the 'bedtime prayer' in the app. 'PAUSE' is a different app you will want to use for your "soul care". May you become a victor not simply a survivor during these disturbing times.
