terrible. simple horrible. the wife and I share the login and we cannot perform the two factor authentication unless we're together or in close comms. This is asked frequently usually when you're remote and really want to use the app RIGHT NOW. The login credentials are being asked seemingly after 2 weeks of not using it. crazy annoying. also. when you change the timer on the app on my Fold 7, it won't update unless I force close the app. ridiculous

Sandro Reis - We apologize for the frustration. Our developers are investigating the timer issue you mentioned and working on a solution. For security, forced logout should occur if the app has not been opened in 90 days. If you must enter credentials after two weeks of no use, please check the security features on your device. Unlike many, I had no problems to connect my new refrigerator to my Wi-Fi and then to access it on my phone. The refrigerator did a software update straight away, which seems bizarre for this kind of product. After that, the app is fairly useless. I have set the temperature units on the fridge to °C, but the app shows only °F. How hard is it for Sub-Zero to do? Then I find that the app shows only the set temperature, not the actual temperature. But when I'm away, I want to know if it's ok.

I originally gave a two-star review, because the app took forever to load. In their response, Sub-Zero suggested I send feedback. So, I sent a screen recording to the support address, and, you guys, they pushed an update to our dishwashers which eliminated the delay. I am beyond impressed. 5-stars, for both the update, and for the app that now loads. Also, being colorblind I really appreciate the muted colors in the app. Usually I have to wonder if I'm missing something, but not here.
