terrible. simple horrible. the wife and I share the login and we cannot perform the two factor authentication unless we're together or in close comms. This is asked frequently usually when you're remote and really want to use the app RIGHT NOW. The login credentials are being asked seemingly after 2 weeks of not using it. crazy annoying. also. when you change the timer on the app on my Fold 7, it won't update unless I force close the app. ridiculous

For security, forced logout should occur if the app has not been opened in 90 days. If you must enter credentials after two weeks of no use, please check the security features on your device. I originally gave a two-star review, because the app took forever to load. In their response, Sub-Zero suggested I send feedback. So, I sent a screen recording to the support address, and, you guys, they pushed an update to our dishwashers which eliminated the delay. I am beyond impressed. 5-stars, for both the update, and for the app that now loads. Also, being colorblind I really appreciate the muted colors in the app. Usually I have to wonder if I'm missing something, but not here.

Can you please provide more information, such as how long it takes to load the appliances, are there any errors, can you access information when the appliances load, what is your Wi-Fi signal strength when this occurs? $25,000+ and this is what we get! New owner, just had the two columns installed. just installed the app and when I launch it, it's just white screen. Nice work guys. ugh. Edit: 8hrs later I got the app to actually launch, setup both appliances, but now they keep loosing wifi connection. This has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used.
