It’s easy to get your technicians up and running on Successware Mobile. Our intuitive design makes it easy to learn in the field so it helps work rather than stalls it. Multi-device notifications alert your technicians to any changes in their job assignment, and seamless integration with Successware keeps your dispatchers up to date on real-time job progress. Detailed views of the job, the customer, physical location, and equipment are all available at your fingertips. Techs can add photos or video to the job to document the problem and diagnosis.

Even without an internet connection, techs can work in offline mode and sync their data when a stable connection becomes available.

Integrated Sales Tools

Successware Mobile’s presentation view of suggested work and different service options gives the technician a tool to help educate the customer and guide them through the decision-making process.

Successware Mobile informs the technician at dispatch if service visits are due and the technician can add them to the visit or invoice, helping them provide the complete service that customers have come to expect from your company.

Additionally, Successware Mobile gives the customer control in the authorization and payment process. The customer guides the process, clicking to select the options and items they want, all with a full view of invoice pricing. This leaves the homeowner feeling educated and confident about their selection, building trust and credibility in your business.

Ratings and reviews

Extremely un-optimized application that completely tanks mobile batteries. Have had this on three separate phones and all die within the day. Constantly has loading issues and service is down almost once a week. App also has a very big problem with not properly inputting job Notes or invoice items and sometimes freezes when trying to confirm jobs.

Has a new clean interface but it doesn't do half of what was promised. It was supposed to be super easy and seamless but it's a nightmare as they force us to switch over. Our existing payment portal won't work now as originally promised because they want us to use their new system through open edge. Also we just discovered as it's being rolled out that you cannot create invoices on the phone version, only the tablet version which is completely inconvenient and unnecessary.

terrible app. when it does work it's painful at best to use and absolutely useless a good amount of the time. Add to that it will not open on an s24 ultra because the app is so poorly optimized.
