Ratings and reviews

I'm extremely disappointed with this app. I placed an order on 22nd Aug, and even after 4 working days, it stil| hasn't been shipped. What's worse is that when I check under "My Orders," it shows no record of the order- despite the fact that I have the order ID and full details with me. I've tried contacting customer support multiple times, but no one answers the calls. I came acrOss this app through ShareTank and decided to give it a try, but this experience is making it seem like a fraud.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Sudathi app. The dispatch of orders is extremely delayed, and there is no proper communication from their side. Even after placing an order, they neither ship it on time nor respond to emails or messages. The customer support is almost non-existent, which makes the whole process very frustrating. Unless they improve their service and start valuing their customers’ time, I would not recommend this app. It is very bad service

don't buy anything from here, those guys are fraud. they said delivery in 5-7 days, but they didn't even dispatch my product in 5-6 days, when I cancelled my product they said & mention on app that my product is cancelled and refunded is initiated, which should be credit within 5-7 days but when I checked after 12days, there were not any refund. i start to contact them, now they are replying, 1. share your bank statement, 2. your money is refunded. but still not refunded after 1 month.
