I ordered a saree on 7th May It was showing to be delivered by today in the location from the last 4 days. when I called the customer care number they said they can provide the delivery partner warehouse number and I can collect from there but didn't share any number yet. I have been calling them from the last 3 days for the contact number. they didn't take any responsibility for delivery. pathetic service

app is not at all friendly. order placed using app. account logged in still asking order no to track order. moreover, everytime popping you are logged in. while going to check out other order asking for login 😕. since morning otp is not accepting. how people find this app. ..

Honestly, this is really frustrating. The app doesn’t even support proper image-based search, and on top of that, the advertisements are misleading. Whenever I click on a saree shown in an ad, it never leads to the same product—it’s always something completely different. This creates a very poor and untrustworthy shopping experience. Please improve accuracy in ads and add a reliable image search feature.
