Honestly, this is really frustrating. The app doesn’t even support proper image-based search, and on top of that, the advertisements are misleading. Whenever I click on a saree shown in an ad, it never leads to the same product—it’s always something completely different. This creates a very poor and untrustworthy shopping experience. Please improve accuracy in ads and add a reliable image search feature.

I love the saree collection on Sudhiti Sarees. the designs and variety are really beautiful. However, the app has major issues. My login details get cleared within 2–3 days even without logging out. The biggest problem is the wishlist: items get removed automatically just by exiting the app, so I have to search again and often can’t find them. Great collection, but very poor app experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this saree brand. I placed an order which was already delayed. When I initiated a return, the pickup has still not been completed. Every time I contact customer care, they just give formal responses without actually resolving the issue. This has been a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. It feels like all the focus is only on fake promotions rather than genuine customer service. Very disappointed.
